Advantages:

Центр рядом, рынок рядом, парк рядом, жд вокзал недалеко. Уютная квартира. Неудобно только, что санузел совмещённый.

Мало посуды для готовки, нет сервиса, уборка и смена белья не проводится. Хозяйку не видели за 2 недели не разу, переплатили, случайно перевели на 2 тыс. Больше, хозяйка деньги не вернула, интернет почти не работает, дом новый поэтому целыми днями шум от ремонта.

Все быстро, сказал что задержусь по приезду приехала хозяйка, дала ключи, так же при выезде, сказала просто оставьте ключи можете выехать в любое время, главное сказать
