Во время заселения, ремонт шёл во всех квартирах за нашими стенами. Ни какого вида из окна. В общем норм, пережили

Извините конечно, но запретить кому либо в своих квартирах делать ремонт мы никак не можем и никакого права на это не имеем. Вы же тоже делаете ремонт когда нибудь, просто так совпало, в этом никто не виноват. А вид из окна стесняюсь спросить какой должен быть на первом этаже во дворе?
