Disadvantages:

Из минусов стиральная машинка находится не в квартире, а на первом этаже, что неудобно

Вы отдыхали у меня в квартире по Пятигорской 7 ,это семиэтажный дом в центре курортной зоны,у меня квартира с хорошим ремонтом,со всеми удобствами,и со всей необходимой техникой.Просто в отзыве Вы написали ,что стиральная машинка на первом этаже? Может быть вы писали отзыв на какое-то другое место и случайно переслали мне?
