Квартира чистая и очень комфортабельная. В ней имеется всё необходимое для комфортного проживания гостей.

- Духовка электрическая.
- Варочная панель.
- Холодильник с морозилкой.

Одна спальня с двуспальной кроватью,
Вторая спальня с двумя полуторными кроватями которые можно использовать для детей если семья приедет отдыхать с детьми.
В гостиной есть диван который раскладывается для двух человек.
Можно заселиться как маленькой, так и большой компанией. Максимум 6 человек.

В квартире категорически запрещается курить, устраивать вечеринки, заезжать с животными.

В день заселения я беру задаток в размере 3х тыс. ₽ на случай порчи, кражи имущества или оставления квартиры в ужасном состоянии.
Если после выселения не было обнаружено выше сказанных действий, то задаток возвращается в течении суток.
