Удобный подъезд к дому, дворовая площадка.

Disadvantages:

С первых минут не понравилось навязчивое отношение, достали звонки днем и ночью. Тесный диван. Крайне не рекомендую к заселению!

Я думаю клиент специально устраняет конкурентов. Она сама сдаёт квартиры. Это не порядочно. Никаких навязчивых звонков не было, мало того клиент продлил пребывание. А к тому же сломал диван.
