Advantages:

Понравилось расположение. Квартира добротная, кому нравится классика, вам туда. Такой дизайн квартир был в моде лет 15 назад.

Disadvantages:

Хотелось бы обновить посуду. Заселили раньше на 6 часов, но взяли плату за полсуток.
